However, you won't get our technical and user support in any manner unless you pay upfront each pay-per-case rate. Further, the rate will be much higher than the man day rate in above support pack.
No, you cannot. The Accounting Advisory is an add-on pack to software support pack that aim to help and support your non-accounting staff who uses Odoo pack-by Edemand, as to complete the accounting book in confident.
However, you can opt for outsourced accountant services from Edemand as to take care of your accounting/bookkeeping in more professional manner. Check these out.
If you had fully utilised the man day in above support pack prior to 12 months ended, you could top up the support pack and the validity will last for another 12 months from the date of top up.
Or, you can opt for pay-per-case basis which will cost you higher rate as per above-mentioned.
